I'll be remembered for being free.
I will remember the world´s crime
Against my freedom. When it lets go my hands.
When it lets go and is silenced.
For the last time.

Sufferings can't fit our power alone.
But always they can share a name,
Turn into strength, and lift us home
When carried in a shared heart.

You -- yearn for angry hands to meet.
Like that. Skin against skin. Make peace!

Jeg vil huskes for den frie vilje.
Jeg vil mindes om alverdens tvang.
Da den slap sit tag om mine hænder.
Da den slap og tav. For sidste gang.

Lidelser har aldrig kunnet måles.
Lidelser har altid fælles navn.
Blir til styrke og kan mærkbart tåles
når den bæres i en fælles favn.

Gid at hænderne dog måtte mødes.
Sådan. Hud mod hud. Bare slutte fred.
